BagSnob： The color of the season is emerald green! I also love the contrast of bright reds and bold blues with black and white. I'm a child of the 90s :)
陳尚婷BagSnob： When it comes to haute couture, I feel the high drama should come from craftsmanship over showmanship.
GlendaBazaar： I believe the most talented designer can achieve both. Bouchra Jarrar is a perfect example of excellent craftsmanship that is completely wearable too.
陳尚婷BagSnob： Perhaps you should take a step back&re-evaluate your reasons for pursuing this dream job. If you are doing it for any other reason than true love and passion for it, you should think about doing something else.
GlendaBazaar： At Bazaar we like to say Fabulous at Every Age. A 20 year old should start to invest in classic pieces while also having fun with the season's top trends.
陳尚婷BagSnob： I think it's important to read and keep up with not only movies and fashion magazines but everything around you! Inspiration may be found everywhere. Diane von Furstenberg finds her inspiration on long walks alone :)
GlendaBazaar： Karl Lagerfeld was telling me how inspired he was by the woman's neckline, highlighting his Chanel creations with white around the shoulders. It is a very beautiful thought.
陳尚婷BagSnob： Hi dear, I was an international finance major at USC... my enthusiasm and love of fashion brought me to where I am. don't worry about being an arts major, pursue your fashion dreams! x
GlendaBazaar： Couture is an art form and time is on it's side. Designers and their ateliers can focus on the details and spend months perfecting, which is not the case with ready to wear. It is like watching a museum piece created.
陳尚婷BagSnob： I was featured by Harper's Bazaar China two summers ago and flew to Beijing for the photo shoot- I was introduced to incredibly talented designers like Ran Fa. I think Beijing will eventually be a fashion center like New York city!
GlendaBazaar： Get an internship at a magazine either locally and globally and work your way up!
GlendaBazaar： The duo at Valentino really stunned this week. Their collection was so intricate and reflective of such a special inspiration. I also enjoyed Giambattista Valli and Bruno Frisoni's shoe collection for Roger Vivier
GlendaBazaar： I am so proud of your editor in chief SuMany who is bringing the special vision of Bazaar to your country. As Diana Vreeland once says, Bazaar is good taste with a dash of daring.
GlendaBazaar： Marchesa is a study in craftmenship, I love what Georgina and Keren do for evening wear. I am also excited to see what Hedi Slimane brings to the house of Saint Laurent.
GlendaBazaar： Beauty is in the eye of the beholder but I saw some amazing things in Paris. Valentino was an absolute dream this week.
GlendaBazaar： Platforms are taking the back seat to single sole pumps, however in Paris it now all about the legging into the shoe like we saw so sublimely at Chanel in a leather motif and in brightly colored tights at Raf's Dior show.
GlendaBazaar： You should always dress for the job you want. If it is a creative office experiment with color and texture, but if it is buttoned up respect the environment and break out a fabulous le smoking!
GlendaBazaar： I think the Chinese style set are the ones to watch. The street style is so brave and exciting and I think fashion should have no rules and be experimental.
